在100、105、110dBA机舱噪声下暴露后豚鼠的听阈偏移 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察在 3种高强度机舱噪声暴露下豚鼠的听阈偏移及其恢复过程。方法 :采用舰艇机舱噪声磁录重放作为噪声源。豚鼠分别在 10 0、10 5、110dBA 3种声级下暴露 1、2、3、5d(8h/d) ,在噪声停止后第 5天测定听阈偏移 ,并且观察 3种声级下暴露 5d的豚鼠听阈偏移的恢复情况。结果 :豚鼠在 10 0dBA噪声下暴露 1、2、3、5d ,暴露后第 5天 6个测试频率(5 0 0、10 0 0、2 0 0 0、4 0 0 0、80 0 0、10 0 0 0Hz)的平均听阈偏移分别为 3.7、8.4、13.5、2 3.0dB ;10 5dBA分别为 6 .9、14 .8、2 1.5、2 7.6dB ;110dBA分别为 12 .5、2 2 .4、2 7.1、2 9.9dB。同时还观察到在上述 3种声级下暴露 5d ,豚鼠的听阈偏移虽均有持续恢复趋势 ,但十分缓慢 ,在噪声停止后第 2 4天的听阈偏移仍分别为 2 2 .8、2 4 .6、2 5 .7dB。结论 :强机舱噪声暴露 (10 0~ 110dBA ,8h/d ,持续 5d) Objective: To observe hearing threshold shift(TS) and its recovery in guinea pigs after their exposure to three high levels of ship engine noise. Methods: The recorded ship engine room noise was reproduced by a loudspeaker system. Guinea pigs were exposed to 3 different noise levels (100?105 and 110 dBA), and the exposure duration for each noise level was 1, 2, 3 and 5 days (8h/day), respectively. The measurement of hearing TS were made on the 5th day after exposure and the recovery of hearing TS of the 5 day exposed animals for all 3 noise levels was also observed. Results: Under the noise exposure of 100 dBA, the mean hearing TS for 6 frequencies (500, 1 000, 2 000, 4 000, 8 000 and 10 000 Hz) on day 1, 2, 3 and 5 were 3.7, 8.4, 13.5 and 23.0 dB; those under the noise exposure of 105 dBA, were 6.9, 14.8, 21.5 and 27.6 dB; those under the noise exposure of 110 dBA were 12.5, 22.4, 27.1 and 29.9 dB, respectively. The hearing TS of the 5 day exposed animals for all 3 noise levels recovered slowly in spite of a recovery trend. 24 days after the completion of the noise exposure, the hearing TS were 22.8, 24.6 and 25.7 dB for the spite noise levels of 100, 105 and 110 dBA, respectively.Conclusion: Permanent threshold shift can occur in guinea pigs under the condition of high level engine-room noise exposure (100~110 dBA, 8h/day for 5 days).
