摘要
目的探讨静脉药物配置中心工作人员的职业危害因素和制定防护措施，避免职业病的发生。方法通过实践观察分析静脉药物配置中心工作中存在的各种危险因素并针对性地提出防护对策。结果增强了静脉药物配置中心工作人员的自我保护意识，逐渐完善了工作流程和各项规章制度。结论通过进行岗前相关的知识教育、建立严格的管理制度、规范操作程序等，可减少工作人员的伤害，有效预防院内感染发生。
Objective To explore the occupational hazards of staff members in pharmacy intravenous admixture service and take measures to avoid occupational diseases. Methods Various risk factors were observed and analyzed during the work in pharmacy intravenous admixture service and pertinently, then we put forward protection countermeasures. Results Staff＇ s awareness of self-protection was enhanced ; meanwhile the work flow rules and regulations were gradually consummated in pharmacy intravenous admixture service. Conclusions Professional training and strict management system and standard operating procedures and so on before working can reduce the hurt of staff and the hospital infection rate.
