摘要
本研究观察了γ射线与噪声复合暴露对听阈的影响。结果表明,噪声与γ射线同时暴露组的阈移约等于单独噪声与单独γ射线暴露组阈移总和,它们的复合效应是相加的;先噪声后γ射线暴露组的阈移有小于“总和”的倾向。与我们以前的研究结果相比,先噪声后γ射线暴露组的阈移显著低于γ射线暴露在前,噪声暴露在后的动物。提示,噪声和γ射线双重暴露对听阈的复合效应与它们的暴露顺序有关。
The investigation results show that: (1) hearing threshold shift of sim-
ultaneously starting exposure to noise and γ-ray irradiation in guinea pig
was little different from summated threshold shift caused by noise alone
and γ-ray irradiation alone: (2) Exposure to noise followed by γ-ray irr-
adiation tended to reduce hearing threshold shift at 1000, 4000 Hz caused
by complex exposure to noise and γ-ray irradiation; (3) Threshold shift
after exposure to noise followed bp γ-rap irradiation was lower than that
after exposure to γ-ray irradiation followed by noise. These results indic-
ate that the effect of the complex exposure to noise and γ-ray irradiation
on hearing threshold shift in guinea pig is related to the seguence of
exposure.
