摘要
采用shim packCLC ODS柱 (5 μm ,2 5 0mmL× 4 6mmI D) ,乙腈 -缓冲溶液 (每升含 0 7g 1 庚磺酸钠 ,2 0mL冰乙酸 ) (3∶7,V/V)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm ,流速为 1mL/min ,在 5~ 15 0mg/L浓度范围内 ,反相HPLC中邻乙基苯肼盐酸盐的峰面积与浓度线性关系良好 (r=0 9999) ,RSD为 0 48% ,方法简便、准确 ,为工业化生产中动态跟踪产品质量 。
The RP HPLC determination of 2 ethylphenylhydrazine hydrochloride(EPH) was carried out by using shim pack CLC ODS column(5μm,250mm L×4 6mm I D),the medium of acetonitrile:buffer(0 7g sodium 1 heptanesulfonate,2 0mL glacial acetic acid in 1000mL of water) 3∶7 (V/V) was as mobile phase,flow rate was 1 0mL/min,detection wavelength was 254nm. A good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 5-150mg/L for EPH,The regressive equation was y=1445 81x+1335 40,r=0 9999 The method has been used to determine EPH in samples with satisfactory results
