摘要
在 Shim-pack CLC-ODS柱(5um,4. 6 mmi. D. × 150 mm)上,研究了硫唑嘌呤及其中间体(6-巯基嘌呤、1-甲基-4-硝基-5-氯咪唑)的反相高效液相色谱分离检测的最适宜条件,流动相组成为乙腈-水(30: 70 V/V),流速为 0. 8 mL/min,检测波长为 210 nm。经实际样品测定,结果满意。这为改进合成工艺、提高产品质量提供了一个快速有效的检测方法。
The RP-HPLC determination of Azathioprine and its intermediates (mercapum,4. 6 mm I. D-× 150 mm) column,acetonitrile-waters(30 : 70 V/V) as mobile phase flow rater, 0. 8 mL/min and UV 210 um detector. Good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 0. 05-15 mg/L with standard calibration curve of Azathioprine y = 10982lx-2450,r = 0. 9999, Mercaptoprine y=68173x + 2034,r= 0. 9998, 1-methyl-4- nitro5-chlorine-imidazde y = 64438x-1353,r= 0. 9995 .The method has been used to determine drug samples with satisfactory results.
