摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定依达拉奉中苯肼残留量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,流动相为0.05mol·L^-1醋酸铵-乙腈(80:20),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为233nm,进样量为20μL。结果:苯肼检测浓度的线性范围为22~550ng·mL^-1。(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.10%(RSD=0.85%),最小检测限为44Pg。结论:本方法简便可靠、灵敏度高,可用于该制剂中苯肼残留量的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of phenylhydrazine residues in edaravone. METHODS: The determination was performed on Diamonsil C18 column with 0.05 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate -acetonitrile (80 : 20) as mobile phase at a flow of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The wavelength of UV detector was set at 233 nm and the sample size was 20 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of phenylhydrazine was 22- 550 ng·mL^-1(r = 0.999 9) ; The average recovery was 98.10% (RSD = 0.85%), and the detection limit was 44 pg. CONCLUSION: The analytical method is simple, reliable and sensitive, and suitable for the determination of phenylhydrazine residues in edaravone preparation.
