摘要
本文报告用兔肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)体外培养的方法,观察石英对细胞膜脂质过氧化作用,用硫酸巴比妥荧光比色法测定AM 经18h 培养的过氧化脂质(LPO),结果表明石英能引起AM 的LPO 增高。同时也研究了抗氧化剂VitE 与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的抗氧化作用。作者认为对矽肺患者补充抗氧化物、重建机体组织细胞氧化、抗氧化的平衡,在保护细胞膜、延缓病变进展有一定的意义。
The effects of quartz particles on the lipid peroxides(LPO)in rabbit alveolar macrophages(AM)were investigated.The LPO in AM after 18 hours incubation was determined by the thio-barbituric acid test(TBA).The results show that there is a substential increase of LPO in AMcaused by quartz compared with that in the controls.The effects of antioxidant VitE and surperox-ide dismutase(SOD)were also studied.The results suggest that VitE and SOD may have the ef-fects of stabilizing the cell membrane exposed to quartz.In the therapeutic aspect it is posible tofind some effective drugs for treatment supplemented with various antioxidation agents to rebuildthe balance between oxidation and antioxidation.
