海洛因依赖者血小板膜粘附分子表达的变化及L精胺酸/cGMP体外作用

The Expression Changes of Whole Blood Platelet Membrane Adhesion Molecules in Herion Dependents and the Effects of L-arginine/cGMP in Vitro

摘要 目的 :研究海洛因依赖者全血血小板膜粘附分子表达的变化及L 精胺酸 /环鸟苷酸 (cGMP)体外作用的影响。方法 :应用流式细胞仪检测海洛因依赖者不同滥用方式全血血小板膜CD4 1和CD62 P的表达 ,并体外应用L 精胺酸、cGMP ,观察对此二者表达的影响。结果 :海洛因依赖者静脉注射组、烫吸组血小板膜粘附分子表达均较正常人为高 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中静脉注射组表达最高 ,而L 精胺酸、cGMP能明显降低其表达 (P <0 .0 1) ,且二者作用无显著差别。结论 :海洛因依赖者血小板膜粘附分子表达可能高于正常人 ,通过L 精胺酸 NO cGMP途径可降低血小板膜粘附分子的表达 ,从而抑制血小板活化。 s: Objective: To investigate the expression changes of whole blood platelet membrane adhesion molecules in herion dependent group, compared with normal control group; and to study the effects of L arginine and cGMP in vitro to platelet membrane adhesion molecules. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of whole blood platelet membrane adhesion molecules in the herion dependent group and the normal control group, and to observe changes in expression with L arginine and cGMP used in vitro. Results: The expression of whole blood platelet membrane adhesion molecules was higher in the mainline and flame groups, compared with normal control group (P<0.01). The expression of CD 41 and CD 62 P in the mainline group is the highest among all the groups. L arginine and cGMP in vitro could significantly lower the expression of CD 41 and CD 62 P (P<0.01), and no significant difference existed between L arginine and cGMP in effect. Conclusion: The expression of whole blood platelet membrane adhesion molecules may be higher in herion dependents. L arginine and cGMP can inhibit the activation of platelet in herion dependents, and decrease the expression of whole blood platelet membrane adhesion molecules by L arginine NO cGMP.
