摘要
通过喷粉试验研究了钒钛铁水的预脱硫和预脱磷。结果表明 :石灰—电石、石灰—电石—镁粉和镁粒三种脱硫剂都可把钒钛铁水中硫脱至 0 .0 10 %以下 ,用石灰—电石—镁粉和镁粒脱硫时 ,铁水温降也很小 ,只有 0~ 15℃。当向钒钛铁水喷入高氧化性高碱度粉剂预脱磷时 ,只有当铁水中 [Si]+[Ti]+[V]≤ 0 .2 6 0 %~ 0 .30 0 %时 。
Powder injection experiments were carried out to investigate the desulfurization and dephosphorization of hot metal containing vanadium and titanium. Experimental results revealed that the can be removed down to levels of less than 0.010 % when using CaO CaC 2,CaO CaC 2 Mg fine or Mg granules as desulfurizer, the temperature loss of hot metal is 0 15 ℃ with CaO CaC 2 Mg fine or Mg granules desulfurizer. When injecting basic oxide powder into hot metal containing vanadium and titanim, the dephosphorization is only observed at ++≤0.260 %~0.300 %.
