摘要
针对重钢铁水脱硫预处理的现状,分析了脱硫的工艺参数并进行了优化。实践表明,优化参数后如用单一石灰粉剂脱硫率可稳定在75%~80%,吨铁粉剂耗量由平均9.52kg/t降低到6.68kg/t,吨铁脱硫处理成本下降5.991元,如用含15%Mg的石灰基粉剂,脱硫率稳定在85%以上,吨铁粉剂耗量为3~5kg。
According to the current status of hot metal desulfurization production at Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., its desulfurization parameters were analyzed and then optimized. Obvious practical results were gained due to the optimization of desulfurization parameters. For CaO desulfurizer, the desulfurization efficiency reached up to 75?%~80?% while the average desulfurizer consumption decreased form 9.52?kg/t to 6.68?kg/t, which brought about a reduce of cost by 5.991 yuan per ton of hot metal. For 15?% MgO+CaO desulfurizer, the desulfurization efficiency kept at 85?% with the average desulfurizer consumption ranging from 3?kg/t to 5?kg/t.
