摘要
武钢 1号高炉改造性大修 ,炉底与炉缸采用长寿新技术 :增大炉缸容积 ,加深死铁层 ;选用半石墨炭砖和德国的高密质炭砖 ;炉底冷却采用软水密闭循环 ,以及设置完善的检测设施。总结运用钒钛矿护炉经验 ,以减缓或消除炉底与炉缸“环缝”、“熔洞”、“蒜头状”侵蚀 ,达到炉底。
For major repair of reconstruction nature of No.1 BF at WISGCO, the long life technique has been applied to the relining of the furnace bottom and hearth, which involves enlargement of hearth volume, deepening the molten metal layer, using semi graphite carbon bricks and highly compacted German carbon bricks, adoption of soft water circulation for bottom cooling and inspection system. The experiences of smelting V Ti ore are used to eliminate the 'ring corrosion','hole making' and 'garlic shape' corrosion in the bottom and hearth to reach long life.
