摘要
武钢 1号高炉扩容大修技术改造 ,热风炉系统设计主要围绕高风温、长寿等目的进行 ,采用了总管掺烧转炉煤气、提高废气温度预热煤气和助燃空气、烟气CO及O2 含量分析与控制、霍戈文高温内燃式热风炉等新技术。热风炉设计寿命约为两代高炉寿命 ,风温 12 5 0℃。
In the project of the volume enlargement and major repair of the No.1 BF in WISCO the design work of the hot-blast stove system is mainly centered round aim of acquiring high blast temperature and long campaign life.For the purpose a number of new technologies have been adopted such as combustion of the converter gas in the main pipe as the supplementary energy source to preheat the exhaust gas and the combustion-supporting air,analysis and control on the CO and O 2 content in fume and introduction of the high temperature and internal combustion type hot-blast stove.As the result the designed campaingn life of the hot-blast stove is doubled and the blast temperature arrives at 1?250?℃.
