摘要
鞍钢4号高炉采用自焙炭砖加陶瓷砌体的复合炉缸炉底结构,大修时对炉缸炉底的破损情况进行调查,结果如下:炉缸环形炭砖断裂基本不存在,蒜头状侵蚀较轻。破损的主要原因是渣铁熔蚀、冲刷和渗铁。
Self-baking carbon brick combined ceramic was adopted in hearth and bottom of Anshan Steel's No. 4 BF. Damage condition of hearth and bottom lining was investigated before BF relining, the results are as follows:no obvious break of circular carbon brick and 'elephant foot' shape erosion.
