摘要
介绍了作者近年来在板翅式换热器研究与开发方面所做的工作 :1为提高铝板翅式换热器翅片和隔板表面的耐蚀性和亲水性 ,开发了一种表面处理技术。2开发的板翅式换热器快速创型系统 ,具有优化设计、参数化绘图和快速报价等功能 ,能降低产品成本 ,提高设计效率十几倍。 3通过应用先进制造工艺和引进新材料开发了一系列具有抗强腐蚀、抗结垢、耐高温和耐高压能力的板翅式换热器系列新产品。 4应用大型有限元分析系统对高压板翅式换热器的结构特性进行了初步分析 ,得出了一些提高产品可靠性的设计准则。
The researches made on plate- fin heat exchangers by authors were introduced.Firstly,a surface treatm ent method for fins and parting sheet is proposed in order to enhance their resistance to corrosion and hydrophilic capability.Secondly,a rapid innovation system which involved a lot of functions such as optimal thermal design,param etric drawing and rapid quotation is developed.The practice application of this system shows the design efficiency increases8to10 tim es and the cost decrease vastly.Thirdly,several new type of plate- fin heat exchangers with special performance,such as corrosion- proof,anti- fouling and high temperature resistant etc,were developed through adopting new advanced materials and new advanced manufacturing technology. Finally,the strength analysis for plate- fin heat exchangers subjected to high pressure was carried out.Some design criteria to ensure the reliability of plate- fin heat exchangers are obtained.
