摘要
采用BNi-2、BNi-5、ВПР-1、Cu四种不同钎料真空钎焊1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢,对其焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:钎缝的组织与钎焊温度和钎料的成分等因素有关。使用BNi-2钎料钎焊得到的钎缝组织中出现了大量的化合物相;而采用BNi-5、ВПР-1钎料,钎缝中有少量化合物相;Cu钎焊时,钎缝中得到单相组织。BNi-2钎焊接头力学性能较差,而其余三种钎料钎焊接头力学性能较好,其中Cu钎焊接头性能最高。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of vacuum brazing joints of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainess steel which using four kinds of brazing filler metals,that is BNi-2、BNi-5、ВПР-1、Cu,are analyzed.The results show that,the microstructure of braze metal are related to the brazing temperature and the component of brazing filler metals.The microstructure of braze metal in which using BNi-2 brazing filler metal is composed by large scale of chemical compounds;however,there are a small amount of chemical compounds in using BNi-2、BNi-5 brazing filler metals.When using Cu brazing filler metal,the microstructure of braze metal is single-phase component.The mechanical properties of braze filler metals using other three kinds of filler metals are better than that of BNi-2.In four kinds of brazing filler metals,Cu is the best.
