不锈钢真空钎焊焊接接头的组织和力学性能 被引量:9

摘要 主要对采用BNi 2、BNi 5、BПP 1、Cu四种不同钎料的 1Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢真空钎焊焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行分析。结果表明 :钎缝的组织与钎焊温度和钎料的成分等因素有关 ,在本次试验条件下 ,使用BNi 2钎料钎焊得到的钎缝组织中出现了大量的化合物相 ;而采用其余三种钎料 ,即BNi 5、BПP 1和Cu钎焊时 ,其钎缝中只有少量的化合物相 ,钎缝接头的力学性能与其显微组织有关 ,使用BNi 2钎料钎焊的焊接接头力学性能较差 ,而其余三种钎料钎焊的焊接接头力学性能较好。上述试验结果可为研究真空钎焊提供必要的试验数据和理论依据。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel vacuum brazed joints which using four kinds of brazing filler metals, that is BNi-2, BNi-5,BПP-1 and Cu, are analyzed in this paper. The results show that, the microstructure of brazing seam are related to the brazing temperature and the composition of brazing filler metals. The microstructure of brazing seam in which using BNi-2 brazing filler metal is composed by large scale of chemical compounds; however, there are a small amount of chemical compounds in brazing seam using the other three kinds of brazing filler metals. The mechanical properties of brazed jointed are closely related to their microstructures. The mechanical properties of brazed joint using BNi-2 are better than that of other three kinds of filler metals. These testing results can offer necessary testing data and theoretical basis for the study of vacuum brazing.
