摘要
通过分析湖北省“双低”油菜产业化的现状 ,揭示了其在品种管理、龙头加工企业、产业化经营模式、农民的主体地位、科研等方面存在的主要问题 ,并提出了加快“双低”优质油菜产业化的对策 :制定优惠政策、改善农村的融资环境、建立农民专业经济合作组织、加大科研力度。
On the basis of analyzing of the situation of the'twolow'rape of good quality in Hubei Province,several problems were exposed,which lay in species'management,enterprises,the model of industrialization,the peasant's status,scientific research and so on.Then ways were put forward to accelerating the'twolow'rape of good quality industrialization process,namely,stimulating the beneficial policies,setting up the peasant' economic and cooperative organization,strengthen the scientific research and the rape's exploitation,etc.
