摘要
为开发长江流域双低油菜带，结合长江上、中、下游的生态条件、耕作制度和双低油菜的特性，提出适宜种植品种、高产途径及栽培措施。对商品基地县的格局和规模、保纯措施和产品利用等产业化建设作了探讨。

To develop the doublelow rape region in Yangtze valley,adequate varieties,highyield ways and cultivation measures were put forward in consideration of local ecological conditions,cropping systems and characters of doublelow rape.The distribution and scale for commodity base county,measures for keeping pure varieties and industrialization for product utilization were also discussed.
