环境因子对鲍和牡蛎精子运动能力及受精率的影响 被引量:3

The influence of environmental factors on sperm motion and fertilization of the abalone and oyster

摘要 研究了环境因子如K+、Na+、Ca2 +、Mg2 +、Cl- 、SO2 -4 以及蔗糖、pH、氨海水对皱纹盘鲍 (HaliotisdiscusHannai)和太平洋牡蛎 (Creastreagigas)精子运动及受精率的影响。精子在 0 4~ 0 5mol/L的NaCl、KCl溶液中运动能力为 1 0 0 % ,但受精能力较差或完全不受精。在替代海水中无Ca2 +的情况下 ,牡蛎不受精 ,但鲍有较低的受精能力。Mg2 +作用不明显。在 0 5~ 0 6mol/L蔗糖溶液中鲍精子能运动 ,且有较低的受精能力 ,但牡蛎精子完全不能运动和受精。氨海水对精子运动有一定的刺激作用。在 pH为 6 0~8 0时精子运动能力较强 ,但受精的 pH适宜范围为 7 0~ 8 0 。 Influence of environmental factors, including K\++,Na\++,Ca\+\{2+\},Mg\+\{2+\},Cl\+-,SO\+\{2-\}\-4, sucrose (C\-\{12\}H\-\{22\}O\-\{11\}),pH and NH\++\-4 seawater on sperm motion and fertilization of abalone (\%Haliotis discus\% Hannai) and oyster (\%Creastrea gigas\%) was studied. The rate of sperm motion was 100% at NaCl or KCl concentrations of 0.4-0.5 mol/L,but their fertilities were lower or not. Exposure to seawater without Ca\+\{2+\}, the ferlilization of oyster was zero and abalone was little. There was no significance in fertility in Mg\+\{2+\}. The sperm of abalone did not move but fertilizate in a lower rate. At sucrose (C\-\{12\}H\-\{22\}O\-\{11\}) concentrations of 0.5-0.7 \{mol/L\}, however the sperm of oyster did not completely fertilize. The NH\++\-4 seawater could stimulate the sperm to move to a certain extent. The sperm moved mostly in the range of pH=6.0-8.0,and the fertilization was normal within pH=7.0-8.0.
