摘要
研究了季铵盐A 1催化高锰酸钾氧化邻硝基甲苯 ,合成邻硝基苯甲酸的反应 ,考察了不同相转移催化剂的催化活性、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、KMnO4用量和反应体系酸碱性对反应的影响 .在优化反应条件下 ,即以季铵盐A 1为相转移催化剂 ,高锰酸钾与邻硝基甲苯的量比为 2 .5∶1,反应温度为 95℃ ,反应时间为 3h ,在中性条件下进行反应 ,产物收率可达 95 % .实验结果表明 ,季铵盐A 1对于高锰酸钾氧化邻硝基甲苯合成邻硝基苯甲酸 ,是
The catalytic synthesis of O nitrobenzoic acid (ONBA) with phase transfer catalyst (PTC), quaternary ammonium salt A 1, is reported. The effects of different factors, such as PTC amount, PTC activity, reaction temperature and time, potassium permanganate amount and basicity and acidity of reaction system, on the yield of ONBA were investigated. Under the optimal reaction conditions the reaction underwent for 3 h at 95 ℃ with A 1 as PTC in neutral reaction system, the mole ratio of potassium permanganate to O nitrotoluene was 2.5∶1, and the yield of ONBA was 95.0%. The experiment results show that A 1 is a good PTC for synthesis of ONBA with O nitrotoluene by oxidation of potassium permanganate.
