摘要
以NaOH溶液快速沉淀CuCl2和AlCl3的混合溶液制备了催化剂CuO-Al2O3,当n(CuO):n(Al2O3)=1:2时所得催化剂性能最好。在水中,以邻硝基甲苯为底物,考察了几种因素对反应的影响。较优的反应条件为:4.11g(30mmol)邻硝基甲苯,3.53g(60mmol)水合肼,0.45gCuO-Al2O3,80℃反应50min。在此条件下邻SO基苯胺的收率达到98%。在同样的条件下,CuO-Al2O3催化水合肼,几种还原芳香族硝基化合物得到相应的芳胺,收率90%~99%。
When the ratio of n( CuO)/n( Al2O3 ) in CuO-Al2O3 is 1:2 ,which was prepared by rapid precipitation from solution of CuCl2 and AlCl3 with sodium hydroxide, the CuO-Al2O3 has high catalytic activity. The effect of various factors in the process of reduction of o-nitrotoluene in water was investigated. The results show that under the conditions of 4.11 g (30 mmol) o-nitrotoluene,3.53 g (60 mmol) hydrazine hydrate,0.45 g CuO-Al2O3 ,reaction time is 50 min at 80℃ ,the yield of o-toluidine is 98%. Under the same conditions,a few of aromatic nitro compounds have becn reduced with 90% -99% yield to the cor- responding anilines with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of CuO-Al2O3.
