摘要
目的 探讨国产改良PFN治疗股骨转子周围骨折的疗效 ,介绍PFN的一般构造及使用方法 ,讨论其力学特点及手术中注意事项。方法 临床治疗股骨转子周围骨折 34例 ,并随访疗效。结果 全部病例均获随访 ,时间 3～ 1 2个月 ,平均 6个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,髋关节功能优良 31例 ,占 91 %。结论 PFN治疗股骨转子周围骨折具有手术创伤小 ,固定牢靠 ,病人可早期功能活动 ,并发症少等优点 ,是治疗股骨转子周围骨折的理想方法 。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeatic effectiveness of the femoral peritrochanteric fractures treated by the national-made improved proximal femoral nail (PFN), introduce the general components of the PFN and the operative procedures and discuss its biomechanical advantages and the difficulties in the operation.Methods Thirty-four cases of femoral peritrochanteric fractures were treated by the national-made improved proximal femoral nail (PFN) and their therapeatic effectiveness were followed up.Results All patients were followed up for an average duration of 6 months. The results showed that fracture of all cases healed up and the total excellent and good rate was 91%.Conclusion The PFN advances in solid internal fixation ,little invasive of operation, early exercises and fewer complications. It is one of the ideal choices to treat femoral peritrochanteric fractures and should be developed
