摘要
目的 探讨端粒酶检测在乳腺癌诊断中的作用及其在乳腺癌发生中与bcl 2和bax蛋白表达的相关性。方法 用原位杂交方法检测端粒酶的表达及其活性 ,采用免疫组织化学技术SABC法检测bcl 2和bax。结果 端粒酶在乳腺癌中的表达率明显高于癌前病变 (P <0 .0 1 )和乳腺良性肿瘤。端粒酶活性与bcl 2表达负相关 ,与bax表达显著负相关 ,与bcl 2 /bax比值明显正相关。结论 bcl 2 /bax表达失衡 (比值增大 )可能是端粒酶激活的重要途径之一。
Objective To investigate the role of detection of telomerase activity in breast cancer diagnosis and the correlation of telomerase and bcl\|2 and bax in the genesis of breast cancer.Methods With in situ hybridzation to detect the expression and activity of telomerase. bcl\|2 and bax were studied by strept Avidin\|Biontin Complex immunohistochemistry(SABC).Results The expression rate of telomerase in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in precancerous breast( P <0.01) and in breast benign tumors. The bcl\|2 and the bax had negative relation with the expression of telomerase, but there was positive relation between telomerase and bcl\|2/bax ratio.Conclusion The increase of the ratio of bcl\|2/bax may be one of the important pathways by which telomerase is activated.
