The new progresses of various RT technologies are introduced. The difference and the same of direct rapid tooling and indirect tooling technologies are compared. The development trend of the RP+RT is analyzed. It is pointed out that RT technology based on RP technology will become one of the main development direction of RP technology in 21th century.
