摘要
功能集成是快速成形技术发展趋势之一；分析快速成形功能集成的分层制造原理、几何─物理基础及机械电子学基础；提出用于描述RP功能集成合理性的半定量判据──集成度，集成度是功能集成设计的工具之一。
In this paper, a viewpoint is proposed which includes that rapid prototypingmanufacturing function integration is an important developing tendency. The principle of RPMfunction integration, including layered manufacturing, the base of RPM geometry-physics andthe base of RP mechanical-electronical has beendiscussed. The author also gave semi -guantitative calculation for integrated rationality analysis- RP function integration degree, this isimportant for design of RP function.
