摘要
论述了RP(快速原型)技术的工艺原理、加工特点及成型工艺方法,分析了基于RP的快速模具制造技术,并通过实例验证了该技术的可行性和实用性,在未来快速模具制造行业中具有较广阔的应用前景。
The process principles, manufacture characteristic and molding process method of RP technology is discussed. The fast mold manufacture technology based on RP is analyzed. Using the experiment, the feasibility and practicability of this technology is testified. And it is proved that RP technology has a wider application prospect in the future fast mold manufacture industry.
