摘要
对收集的国内外77份鸭茅材料的15项穗部性状进行多样性研究。结果表明,77份材料在穗部性状上具有丰富的遗传多样性(H'=1.334),每穗轴小花数、旗叶宽、主穗轴第一节间长、旗叶长这些指标的变异系数较高。聚类分析将77份材料分为4组;鸭茅的穗部形态间存在明显的相关性;主成分分析表明,单穗重、穗长、穗宽、小穗长、内外稃长、内外颖长、旗叶长和宽等性状是对主成分分析影响较大的因素,也是造成这些鸭茅资源穗部形态差异的主要因素。
Shannon-weaver index analysis of variation in 15ear characteristics of 77pasture resources of Dactylis glomerata showed that there was an genetic diversity (H'=1.334)among these resources in ear characteristics.The coefficient of variation of the number of small flowers per panicle,the width of the flag leaf,the length of the first internode of the main cob,and the length of the flag leaf were higher.Cluster analysis divided 77resources into 4groups.There is a significant correlation between the ear character diversity of Dactylis glomerata.Principal component analysis showed that single ear weight,ear length and ear width,small spike length,inner and outer length, inner and outer lion length,flag leaf length and width were the factors that had a great influence on principal component analysis,These were the main factors that cause the difference in the morphology of the ear of the duckweed resources.
