摘要
由纤维素和肉桂酰氯反应得纤维素三肉桂酸酯,涂敷于几种小孔硅胶载体上制得手性固定相,将自制手性固定相应用于二氢菲二醇、联萘酚醚衍生物、氢化安息香等的拆分,探讨了载体种类、流动相组成、柱温等对手性拆分的影响。二氢菲二醇、联萘酚醚衍生物获得了优良的拆分,分离度可达8.62和7.71。该法简单易行、成本低,可应用于相关化合物对映体纯度的测定。
Cellulose tris-cinnamate was prepared from cellulose and cinnamonyl chloride. Then the product was coated on several small-pore silica supports. The obtained chiral stationary phases were applied to separate the enantiomers of some compounds including trans-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene-9,10-diol,1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-O,O′-methylene and hydro- benzoin. The effects of silica support,mobile phase composition and column temperature on the enantioseparation were studied. Trans-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene-9,10-diol and 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-O,O′-methylene achieved favorable en- antioseparation,and the resolution could reach 8.62 and 7.71,respectively. The method was simple and low-cost,and can be used to determine the enantiomeric purity of corresponding compounds.
