摘要
本文介绍了β-环糊精(β-CD)键合固定相的制备和采用红外光谱、元素分析和低温吸附法对此键合相的表征,评价了此键合相的色谱性能,结果表明此键合相键合量高,性能稳定。
The paper describes the preparation of β-cyclodextrin bonded stationary phase and its characterization by using IR spectrometry,elemental analysis and nitrogen adsorption method at low temperature.Chromatographic performance of the β-cyclodextrin bonded phase was examined by using nitroaniline isomers as samples and CH_3OH/H_2O(40/60,V/V)as mobile phase.The difference Δκ′in retention between ρ-and o-nitroaniline on the β-cyclo- dextrin bonded phase column was found to depend strongly on the column temperature.
