摘要
产业转型升级是当下高职院校专业调整的宏大背景,产业转型升级包含产业链升级和产业创新两方面,产业转型升级的阶段性、迭代性特征,要求高职院校专业调整需依照动态性、超前性和精准性原则。高职院校专业调整的内容包含对专业定位、专业内容、专业规模和专业结构的调整。为顺利实施专业调整,需要对调整机制进行科学的设计,包括需求调研、标准预警、专业更新和结构调整四个方面。
The industrial transformation and upgrading is the grand background of the current specialty adjustment in higher vocational colleges.The industrial transformation and upgrading include the upgrading of industrial chain and industrial innovation.The phased and iterative nature of industrial transformation and upgrading requires that the specialty adjustment in higher vocational colleges should be in accordance with the principles of dynamicity,advancement,and accuracy.The contents of specialty adjustment in higher vocational colleges include the adjustment of orientation,content,scale and structure of specialty.In order to smoothly implement specialty adjustment,it is important to scientifically design the adjustment mechanism.The specialty adjustment in higher vocational colleges mainly include the requirements investigation mechanism,the standard early warning mechanism,the specialty updating mechanism,and the structural adjustment mechanism.
