摘要
目的和方法 研究了过敏性哮喘大鼠经针刺治疗后的血清 (针刺血清 )的抗哮喘作用。结果 过敏性哮喘大鼠经针刺治疗后的血清可明显降低大鼠和肾上腺切除大鼠过敏性哮喘模型的气道阻力与外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数 ,针刺血清注射与针刺治疗的作用之间无明显差别。结论 针刺血清具有与针刺类似的抗哮喘作用。但针刺血清对肺顺应性的影响与针刺治疗存在某些差异。
Purpose and Method To investigate the anti asthmatic effect of serum from acupunctured rats with allergic asthma (acupuncture serum) on the basis of proving that acupuncture has a marked anti asthmatic effect on a rat model of allergic asthma. Results Serum from acupunctured rats with allergic asthma markedly reduced airway resistance and peripheral blood eosinophilic granulocyte count in rats and adrenalectomy rats with allergic asthma and there was no significant difference in effect between acupuncture serum injection and acupuncture treatment. Conclusion Acupuncture serum has an anti asthmatic effect similar to that of acupuncture, but there is a significant difference in effect on lung compliance between acupuncture serum injection and acupuncture treatment.
