摘要
目的观察中药离子导入治疗肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。方法 86例肺纤维化患者随机分成两组,对照组43例行常规西药治疗,治疗组43例行中药离子导入加用常规西药治疗。观察3个月后两组临床疗效、肺功能及药物使用的安全性。结果治疗组总有效率、肺功能均优于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 以中药离子导入加用常规西药治疗肺间质纤维化有一定优势,可进一步进行研究和评价。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal ion introduction in treating pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods Eighty-six pulmonary fibrosis patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The control group of 43 cases received routine Western drug treatment and the treatment group of 43 cases, Chinese herbal ion introduction as well. The clinical therapeutic effects, pulmonary function and drug use safety were assessed in the two groups after 3 months. Results The total efficacy rate was higher and the pulmonary function was better in the treatment group than in the control group, but there were no statistically significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal ion introduction plus routine Western drug treatment has a certain advantage in treating pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and is worthy to be further studied and assessed.
