士的宁背景下电针诱导的大鼠传导性脊髓场电位 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨循经感传的实质。方法 采用计算机叠加技术 ,观察了皮下注射士的宁后电针解溪穴 ,对大鼠脊髓场电位 ( SFP)的影响。结果 士的宁背景下电针解溪穴 ,可在大鼠脊髓诱导出跨节段传递的传导性 SFP,其传导成分以 P2 、N2 波为主 ,氨基甲酸乙酯可使士的宁背景下的传导性 P2 、N2 波消失 ,SFP又恢复到用药前水平 ,说明此传导性 SFP与士的宁的作用有关。结论 推测士的宁背景下电针诱发的该传导性电位很可能就是形成循经感传的经气活动的客观表现形式之一。 Purpose To investigate the essence of meridian transmission. Method A computer superposition technique was used to observe the effect of electroacupuncture of point Jiexi (ST41) on rat spinal field potential (SFP) after subdermal injection of strychnine. Results Electroacupuncture of point Jiexi under strychnine could induce transsynaptic transmitted SFP in rat spinal cord, the main components of which were P 2 and N 2 waves. Ethyl carbamate could eliminate the transmitted P 2 and N 2 waves under strychnine and restore SFP to the level before the administration of the drug, indicating that the transmitted SFP was related to strychnine. Conclusion It is inferred that electroacupuncture induced transmitted potential strychnine is probably one of the objective forms of meridional qi activities in meridian transmission.
