摘要
应用CB-HRP逆行跨神经节追踪法观察家兔胃经解溪、足三里、伏兔、水道、承满、乳根、屋翳、颊车和膀胱经合阳、风门、天柱等穴区传入神经在脊髓胶状质等部位和低位脑干的分布节段和区域定位。结果表明,脊髓脑干胶状质内可能存在一条与体表胃经相对应的贯穿脊髓全长直达三叉神经脊束核等的神经网络链。胃经与膀胱经的穴区传入神经在脊髓胶状质可能形成既有不同占位区,又有部分重叠的相对特异的分布。
The segmental distribution and proected region of primary afferent fibers of acupionts Jiexi, Zu-sanli, Futu, Shuidao, Chengman, Rugen, Wuyi, Jiache of the stomach channel and Heyang, Feng-men, Tianzhu of the bladcler channel in Substantia Gelatinoso of spinal cord and lower brain stem were examined by CB-HRP tecllnique in rabbits. The results suggest that there could be a chain of neural networks corresponding to the stomach channel of Foot Yangming in Substantia Gelatinosa of spinal cord and brain stem. The chain of neural networks run through the length of spinal cord, extending to nucleus tractus spinalis nervi trigemini. The primary afferent fibers of the stomach and bladder chan-nels might have different regional distribution respectively, and have the relative specificity of distribu-tion overlapped mutually in the substantia Gelatinosa of spinal cord.
