外周神经纤维与脊髓表面电位的关系 被引量:1

The further research on the relationship between the sural nerve fibers and cord dorsum potentials in rats

摘要 实验用计算机平均叠加技术对49只清醒麻痹大白鼠刺激腓肠神经诱发的脊髓背表面电位(CDP)进行了研究。结果发现:①大鼠腓肠神经诱发的CDP由N_1、N_2、P_1、N_3、P_2波组成。P_1波可有双峰——P_(1-1)和P_(1-2)。刺激强度不同,诱发的CDP的组成也不尽相同。N_1和P_(1-1)由A_β纤维引起,而P_(1-2)是由A_δ纤维引起的,N_2波由A_β和A_δ纤维共同引起,P_2波由C类纤维诱发,N_3波主要由C纤维引起,A_δ纤维也参与了它的形成。②刺激的间隔时间不同,CDP的波幅也不相同。随着重复刺激间隔时间的加长,CDP的波幅也加大。这种影响,P_1波甚于N_1波。 The investigations were performed in 49 adult, sodium pentobarbitone-anae-sthesized rats. Cord dorsum potentials(CDPs) evoked by sural nerve stimulation we-re analyzed with the computer averaging technique. We observed the relation betwe-en the CDPs (especially P1 wave of CDP) and the different fibers of the suralnerve with the method of graded electrical stimulation. and the changes of N1-,P1--waves of CDPs with the different stimulationintervals. The results indicate that:(1). The CDPs evoked by the sural nerve stimulation are composed of the negative(N1, N2, N3) and the positive(P1, P2) waves. The P1 waves of t the CDPs evoked byA_β+A_δ fibers have two peaks--P1--1 and P1--2, but those evoked only by A_β fibershave only one peak. P1--1 is elicited by A_β fibers, while the P1--2 is mainly pro-duced by A_δ fibers. In addition, N1 wave is evoked by A_β fibers and N2 by A_β+A_δ fi-bers. P2 waves are poduced by C--fibers. N3 is mainly evoked by C--fibers. (2).N1 and P1 waves are sensitive to the repetitive stimulations of the sural nerve,and P1 waves are more sensitive than the N1 of CDP.The amplitudes of CDPs aredirectly proportional to the intervals from 20 ms to 1 s. The latencies of each wa-ves are not affected by stimulation--intervals. The N1--waves take little change,but the amplitudes of P1--waves increase more greatly as the interval is over 1 s.
