摘要
利用Fe2 + 盐与酚缩合物结合鞣的可能性 ,并确定Fe2 + -酚缩合物结合鞣制备浅色革的工艺 ,利用紫外分光光度法测定发现 :在低pH下 ,Fe2 + 盐能与酚缩合物络合结合 ,吸收峰由 2 79nm降至 2 2 8nm处。在有氧状态下 ,将Fe2 + 盐与 8种酚缩合物进行鞣革实验 ,分别考察成革的Ts变化和感官特性 (颜色、状态 ) ,发现先Fe2 + 盐鞣制再酚缩合物复鞣能显示出较强的结合鞣协同效应。Fe2 + 盐 -磺化脲酚醛缩合物鞣制工艺所得成革Ts 达 86℃ ,色泽浅淡 ,抗张强度达 2 5 .6 0N/mm2 ,撕裂强度 4 4 .4N/mm ,崩裂力达 2 5 3.5N。
The possibility of combination tannage with Fe 2+ and condensated phenols was discussed and to decide the light color leather technology with Fe 2+ and condensated phenols. Based on the ultraviolet analysis, at lower pH values, Fe 2+ can coordinate with condensated phenols and the absorption peak vary from 279?nm to 228??nm. According to the synergism, the tanning trials show that it is favorable to employ the combination tannage with condensated phenols following Iron tanning, T s of the resultant light leather can reach 86?℃,the tensile strength is 25.60?N/mm 2,tearing strength is 44.4 N/mm,bursting strength reach 253.5?N?
