摘要
在酸性条件下,用磷化铝和甲醛反应合成了四羟甲基季盐(THPs)和铝盐的混合物鞣剂。通过正交试验,探讨了乙醚、盐酸和甲醛用量对THPs得率和产物鞣革的收缩温度(Ts)的影响,得到反应物的最佳配比为m(磷化铝)∶m(盐酸)∶m(甲醛)∶m(乙醚)=1∶2∶9∶0.2,并用傅立叶变换红外光谱,对鞣剂的结构进行了表征,证实了THPs的生成。该鞣剂的应用结果表明:其鞣革的收缩温度(Ts)达到78℃,成革色调浅淡;其鞣制的绵羊服装革的各项物性指标,达到了国家行业标准。
Under acidic conditions, aluminium phosphide and formaldehyde were used as raw materials to synthesize the tetra hydroxymethyl phosphonium (THPs) - alminium tanning agent. The optimum conditions of synthesizing THP - Al tanning agent were obtained: aluminium phosphide: hydrochloric acid: formaldehyde: aether is 1 : 2 : 9 : 0.2 (mol). Infrared spectrum showed that THPs is the main components of the tanning agents. THP - Al tanning agents were applied in tanning sheep skins. The resuits showed that shrinkage temperature of leathers with light color reached to 78℃ and the physical - mechanical properties of THP- Al tanned sheep garment leathers can meet the requirements of relative China national standards of leather products.
