摘要
用高压液相色谱-电化学法测定了电刺激离体豚鼠心脏流出液的去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量。结果表明,蝙蝠葛碱30μmol/L可明显减少电刺激引起的NE净释放,表明蝙蝠葛碱具有抑制交感神经兴奋时神经末梢NE释放的作用。
For studying the pharmacological effect on sympathetic neurotransmission of the heart,the overflow of cardiac norepinephrine (NE) from isolated guinea hearts evoked by electrical stimulation was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) and electrochemical detetion. The result showed:There wasno difference in the overflow of NE between s 1 and s 2 under normal perfusion (P>0.05). The overflow of NE was significantly less at s 2 than that at s 1 in the experiment group (P<0.005). By comparision among groups, it is showed that the overflow of NE was markedly reduced by daurine (P<0.005). It indicated that daurine was able to inhibit the NE release form sympathetic nerve endings.
