摘要
目的:为了更好的控制北芩红滴丸的产品质量,对该药中蝙蝠葛碱进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对该药品中的蝙蝠葛碱含量进行测定,色谱条件:选用Waters ODS C18柱(150×4.6mm);流动相:乙腈:水:三乙胺(45:55:0.05)检测波长:284nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:经过系统性研究,测得平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.41%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简易,专属性及重现性好,可有效地控制北芩红滴丸的质量。
Objective： In order to control the quality of Beiqinhong Pill, We conducted the quantitative study on Dauricine in this drug. Methods： Conducted determination of Dauricine in this drug by HPLC . Chromatogram condition ： Selecting Waters ODS C18 （150×4.6mm）.Results： acetontrile- water - triethylamine（45：55：0.05）,detection wavelength was 284nm, Speed of flow was 1.0ml/min. The average recovery was 99.0%RSD was 0.41%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
