摘要
运用车辆 -轨道耦合动力学理论 ,通过建立道岔垂向几何及刚度不平顺激扰模型 ,模拟计算了提速列车对提速道岔的动力影响 .详细比较了提速道岔尖轨轨下增加弹性前后提速列车对提速道岔的动力作用性能 ,并进行了实验验证 .结果表明 :提速道岔尖轨轨下增加弹性以后可大大减轻基本轨至尖轨区过渡段轮 -岔垂向相互作用 ,有效改善道岔的动力性能 。
With the excitation models of the vertical geometric and stiffness irregularities on turnouts,the dynamic effects of the speed-raising trains on turnouts is investigated with the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics.The dynamic characteristics of the turnouts is compared in detail after they are laid elastically.The results show that the elasticity under the switch rail could alleviate the vertical wheel/frog interaction effectively from the rail to the switch rail,improve the dynamic characteristics of the turnouts and extend the usage life of the baseplate and the turnouts.
