摘要
目的 研究口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测80例口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达。结果 口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达率为67.5％,nm23蛋白的阳性表达率为38.8％。C-erbB-2蛋白表达与口腔粘膜鳞癌临床分期及组织学分级有关,而nm23蛋白表达仅与淋巴结转移有关。结论C-erbB-2蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达状况可能提示口腔粘膜鳞癌患者的预后。
Objective To study the expression of C-erbB-2 and nm23 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohis-tochemical methods was used to detect the expressions of C-erbB-2 and nm23 protein in 80 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Results The positive rates of C-erbB-2 and nm23 protein were 67.5% and 38.8% respectively. The C-erbB-2 protein expression was associated with histologic grade and clinical stages,but nm23 protein expression was only correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion C-erbB-2 and nm23 protein expression in oral squamous cell carcinomas could predict tumor prognosis.
