EGFR在口腔粘膜鳞癌和癌前病变中的表达及其意义 被引量：3

摘要 采用S -P法对 8例正常口腔粘膜 (NM )、12例口腔粘膜白斑 (LK)、5 8例口腔粘膜鳞癌 (OSCC)行表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)免疫组织化学染色 ,结果高染率为 :NM 0 % ( 0 / 8) ,LK 16.67% ( 2 / 12 ) ,OSCC 67.2 4% ( 3 9/ 5 8) ,OSCC与NM及LN间存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,染色与OSCC有无颈淋巴结转移有显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但与肿瘤的分化程度无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示 :EGFR的高表达是OSCC增殖及有无颈淋巴结转移的重要参考指标。
