摘要
[目的]研究口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中C erbB 2蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达及意义。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测80例口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中C erbB 2蛋白和nm23蛋白的表达。[结果]口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中C erbB 2蛋白的阳性表达率为67.5 % ,nm23蛋白的阳性表达率为38.8%。C erbB 2蛋白表达与口腔粘膜鳞癌临床分期及组织学分级有关 ,而nm23蛋白表达仅与淋巴结转移有关。[结论]C erbB
To investigate the expressions of C erbB 2 and nm23 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expressions of C erbB 2 and nm23 protein in 80 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The positive rates of C erbB 2 and nm23 protein were 67.5%and 38.8% respectively. The C erbB 2 protein expression was associated with histologic grade and clinical stages, but nm23 protein expression was only correlated with lymph node metastasis. [Conclusion] C erbB 2 and nm23 protein expressions in oral squamous cell carcinomas could predict tumor prognosis.
