脾虚证大鼠各脑区和血清亮氨酸-脑啡肽的变化 被引量:19

CONTENT CHANGES OF LEUCINE-ENKEPHALIN IN BRAIN TISSUE AND SERUM IN RAT MODEL OF SPLEEN-ASTHENIA

摘要 目的 :研究各脑区和血清亮氨酸 脑啡肽 (L EK)含量的变化。方法 :成年SD大鼠 32只随机分为 4组 ,每组 8只 ,即正常组、脾虚组、治疗组、自复组。采用放射免疫分析法 ,测定各组大鼠额叶皮质、下丘脑、垂体及血清L EK的含量。结果 :①脾虚组、自复组大鼠额叶皮质、下丘脑、垂体L EK含量均较正常组、治疗组高 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;而血清L EK含量均较正常组、治疗组低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。②大鼠额叶皮质L EK含量均较下丘脑、垂体L EK含量低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :L EK参与脾虚证的病理过程 ,四君子汤通过调节内源性阿片肽 ,发挥健脾益气作用。 Objective:To find out the changes of leucine enkephalin(L EK) levels in brain and serum in rat model of spleen asthenia. Method: Rhubarb decoction was used to develop adult SD rat model of spleen asthenia.32 rats were averagely divided into four groups at random,namely,control group, spleen asthenia group,treatment group by Sijunzi decoction, spontaneous rehabilitation group.The radioimmunoassay was applied to measure the L EK levels of rat brain and serum.Result:①In spleen asthenia group and spontaneous rehabilitation group, L EK levels of brain regions were higher than those of control group and spontaneous rehabilitation group (P<0.01);And L EK serum levels were lower than those of control group and spontaneous rehabilitation group (P<0.01); ②L EK levels of frontal cortex were lower than those of hypothalamic, pituitary(P<0.05). Conclusion: L EK is probably involved in the pathophysiology of spleen asthenia ,and Sijunzi decoction may take effect by regulating endogenous opioid peptides.
