^(60)Co—γ射线和环磷酰胺对大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量的影响 被引量:4

Effects of ^(60)Co-γ-ray and Cyclophosphamide on the Contents of Monoamine Neurotransmitters in Hypothalamus of Rats

摘要 大鼠经^(60)Co-γ线全身照射和环磷酰胺腹腔注射后,下丘脑单胺类神经递质的含量都有显著性改变,但变化特点不完全相同,前者去甲肾上腺素(NA)和多巴胺(DA)含量明显升高,后者DA变化不明显,NA则显著降低;前者DA/DOPAC比值明显高于对照组,后者5-HT/5-HIAA比值明显低于对照组,作者认为这些特异性变化与模型动物体内NA甲基化作用及MAO活性的增强或减弱有关。 The model of rats irradiated by 60Co-γ-ray (60Co) or injected by cyclophosphamide (Cy) was studied. It was found that the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters changes greatly in the hypothalamus in both kinds of model. The contents of noradrenalin (NA) and dopamine (DA), and the ratio of DA to DOPAC increased significantly in hypothalamus of rats irradiated by ""Co. The contents of NA and the ratio of 5-hydroxyamine (5-HT) to 5-hychoxyindole acetic acid (5-HIAA) decreased markedly in lamus of rats injected by Cy. The author thinks that there is a certain relation between the of monoamine eurotransmitters and the activity of methylation of NA and monoamine oxidase.
