摘要
目的 :为探讨红细胞膜脂质成分变化与脑血管病的关系。方法 :采用高速冷冻离心机 ,自动生化分析仪对 2 3例脑梗死患者、 2 0例脑动脉硬化症患者及 30例正常组进行红细胞膜 (RBCm)上胆固醇 (CHOL)、甘油三酯 (TG)及高密脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)含量分析。结果 :脑血管病患者红细胞膜胆固醇 (CHOL)、甘油三酯 (TG)高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)水平明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ;脑梗死组与脑动脉硬化症组比较 ,HDL- C含量及 CHOL/ HDL- C比值有差别 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :红细胞膜胆固醇、甘油三酯的升高及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的降低与脑血管病密切相关 ,红细胞膜脂质成分变化可能参与了脑血管病的病理生理过程。
Objective:To investigate the change of erythrocyte membrane lipid composition and its relation to cerebrovascular diseases Methods:The CHOL,TG and HDL C contents of erythrocyte membrane in 23 patients with cerebral infarction,20 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis and 30 healthy persons were determined using high speed cooling centrifuge and automatic biochemical analysor Results:The CHOL and TG contents of erythrocyte membrane in the group with cerebrovascular diseases were obviously higher than that in the healthy group(P<0 01),the HDL C content in the group with cerebrovascular diseases was lower than that in the healthy group The HDL C content and the CHOL/HDL C ratio in erythrocyte membrane have a significant difference (P<0 05) compared with the group with cerebral atherosclerosis and the group with cerebral infarction Conclusion:The increase of CHOL and TG contents of erythrocyte membrane and the decrease of HDL C content were closely related to the cerebrovascular disease The change of erythrocyte membrane might be involved in the pathophysiology of cerebrovascular diseases
