摘要
在适宜的照射时期内,40Gy以上的剂量即可有效地抑制大蒜发芽叶和芽内真叶的生长.统计分析表明,40、70、100、150、200、400、600Gy各剂量间抑制发芽的效果无显著差异;随着贮藏期的延长,400、600Gy处理减少重量损失的效果比低剂量更为明显:贮藏至年底,选用40Gy的剂量为宜,如贮藏至翌年,则用400或600Gy的较高剂量更好;γ射线对"狄特"和"迎春"两个不同类型的大蒜品种的抑芽效果差异不大,但"迎春"大蒜的贮藏效果优于"狄特"大蒜.
The growth of both true leaves inside a bud and sprouting leaf can be effectively inhibited by doses exceeding 40 Gy during suitable irradiation period.Statigical analysis shows that there is on significant difference among sprout-inhibiting effects of different doses of 40、70、100、150、200、400、600Gy:As the preservation time extends.the effect of reducing weight loss at closes of 400 and 600 Gy is more evident than lower doses:A dose of 40 Gy is suitable for garlic if it is preserved to the end of a year.400 or 600 Gy is the better dose for garlic which is to be preserved to the next spring.There is no significant difference between two different types of garlic in sprout inhibition of r-rays.However.the preservation effect of 'Yingchun' is better than'Dite'.
