摘要
主要研究了在一定时间内马铃薯块茎在不同浓度α-萘乙酸甲酯处理下,干物质比重、淀粉含量、还原糖含量、维生素C含量、蛋白质含量、腐烂率、抑芽率和失重率的变化,结果表明40 mg kg的α-萘乙酸甲酯对马铃薯抑芽效果最好。
The change of potato's density of dry matter, starch content, reducing sugar content, vitamin C content, protein content, rotting rate, bud restraining and weight loss rate are studied in a certain period of time with potato tuber in different concentration of methyl 1 - Naphthylacetate treatment. The results show that 40 mg/kg concentration of methyl 1 - Naphthylacetate on potato has the best effect on bud restraining.
