摘要
分析了目前一部分高校学报质量不高的状况 ,指出学报办刊数量过多、发行量小及不正确的导向等是其重要原因。文章认为要提高学报的学术质量 ,有关部门应规范期刊评审制度 ,坚持正确的导向 ,各高校应加强内部管理 。
In view of the existing situation that some college journals are not in high quality, the essay points out the main causes: excessive journals, small circulation and incorrect orientation, etc. Measures to improve academic quality of journals are elaborated from several aspects, such as regulating the system of assessment and approval by some departments concerned,adhering to the right orientation, intensifying interior administration and strengthening the power of running a periodical.
