摘要
高校学报管理模式改革是高等教育管理体制改革深化的组成部分 ,是应对我国加入WTO后全方位开放的需要 ,是学报拓展自身生存发展空间的必然。只有充分认识到高校学报管理模式改革的必然性 。
The reform in administrational model for journals of colleges and universities is a part of the deepening of reform of higher education administration system, the requirement of China's entering to WTO, and the certainty of journals of colleges and universities broadening the space for existence and development. Only by understanding the necessity of reform can we resolve the key problems in the development of the journals.
